earthquake insurance policies are usually accompanied by high deductibles and premiums.  When the time comes to receive any benefits under your insurance policy, your claim needs to exceed your set deductible.  Most homeowners and auto insurance policies have a fixed dollar amount deductible.  Earthquake policies are different, their deductible is a percentage figure based on the total policy amount.  The damage to your home or structure must exceed your deductible to trigger a payment from your policy, and the payment will be the amount of repair costs above your deductible.  So on a home with $500,000 of coverage, and a 15% deductible, the homeowner will be expected to cover the first $ 75,000 of repairs.

Medical school is shockingly expensive these days. Researching
Medical Student Loans is a depressing process at best.
From what I’ve learned about
Medical School Loans, the process basically boils down to taking on a staggering debt load. It’s a truly discouraging prospect.

It’s hard to conceive of how I’ll ever pay down that much debt, even on a doctor’s earnings.
I’m sure I’ll have more to say about this down the line.

You know, I’m sick and tired of getting a lousy rate on my savings. I’ve decided to check out internet savings accounts. It’s plain to me that most of the options there are a much better deal than I’ve been getting. I mean after all, it’s my money, and I’m lending it to them. They should pay for the privilege. And why should I have to pay fees to them? It’s not like I get to charge them fees when I borrow money from them. I personally like WTDirect.com. Worm Farms

Although fruit flies may only be one-third the size of a normal fly, they can pose a big problem to worm farms. Fruit flies gather wherever there is fruit. Since fruit scraps are a common food for your worms, it seems that the bins are often swarming with them. There are ways to prevent this.

The easiest way is to make sure all food is buried at least two to three inches deep and covered with multiple layers of damp newspapers. Another way to prevent them is to freeze or microwave the scraps before putting them into the bin. Of course, remember to return them to room temperature first.

If the flies are already there, traps may be the easiest. You can try some beneficial nematodes which prey on insects like the fruit fly. The easiest way to get rid of the fruit fly is to prevent the fruit fly.
