Copyright is one area that everyone in the publishing industry is really scared of. There have been numerous disputes regarding this particular issue. Be careful about it while publishing children's book. It is wise to include a copyright notice in your published work. Although even if you do not write about it there is hardly any difference. But it is just a way to scare off anyone who may have been thinking of stealing some of your lines or words. But it does not mean that no one can use your idea as well.
