There are a lot of people out there that really need some motivation when it comes to working out. One of the newer, cool ways to motivate you is to use a fitness monitor. This is a device that you hook to your body and it keeps track of things like mileage you have run or walked, your heart rate, your steps taking, and many other cool data entries. After your work out, you just hit a button and send all of the data that was collected to your you laptop computer. You then can analyze it on the software or website provided to keep track of your progress.
