Most motorists in the United Kingdom are required to prominently display an all state auto insurance - also called as vehicle licence or tax disc - on their vehicle when it is kept or driven on public roads. This helps to ensure that most people have adequate all state auto insurance on their vehicles. An all state auto insurance policy is compulsory requirement for getting the tax disc. However some people purchase insurance and procure the tax disc. Later they have been known to cancel the insurance and gain a full refund within a statutory period. In UK the insurance claims are dealt with by the motor insurers’ bureau.
