Balanced scorecard performance

An individual is usually in charge of the project completely.  They oversee problems and questions that may arise.  This type of manager has all the information that is needed to work towards the common goal.  They need to explain in detail what is needed for the undertaking and accomplishment of the project in full.  This person must understand the project in its entirety.  Then they must relay the information and the vision to the project team.  Balanced scorecard performance takes special skills and knowledge of business, running a well-defined team and making sure everyone is on base with the terms of the assignment.
