DNA Forensic Mitochondrial Testing
I used to watch all the CSI shows, and I thought they were a little silly, until I actually started looking into DNA testing and all that can be done. Thank goodness there are investigators that can study a crime scene and do DNA forensic mitochondrial testing. How many crimes would go unsolved without DNA testing? After I looked around online a little more at all the types of DNA tests that can be done, I started watching the CSI shows again. Yes, some of them are far-fetched, but you would be suprised what all can be done with the human DNA.
