Know Your Sexual Harassment Rights
In the United States, we all have the right to a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. Harassment can take many forms including age, gender, religion and sexual harassment work. That is why we have laws against sexual harassment. These laws cover all types of harassment including verbal and physical touching which are deemed inappropriate. Usually, if these are reported to upper management, the issue will be taken care of. But in some cases, you may need to file a complain with the EEOC or even hire a lawyer or attorney that specializes in this type of law to be sure your rights are protected.
