PowerPoint Viewer helps users without PowerPoint look at presentations, but if you frequently (or even occasionally) send out presentations, you should include the link to Microsoft’s Powerpoint viewer download site. This will save some time for users who may not have PowerPoint installed. When you’ve successfully downloaded the Power-pointviewer.exe file and made sure it’s free of viruses, double-click it and then click Yes to begin the installation process. When the installation has completed, click OK to close the dialog box. You’ll see the presentation in slideshow view. You can navigate the presentation using the arrow keys, the ENTER key, or by right-clicking on any slide and choosing an option from the context menu.
