My grandmother had a terrible experience at the first hospice center we placed her at.
In my worst nightmares I never imagined I’d have to deal with Elder Abuse Lawsuit, but that’s how it goes.
We have her at a much better place, now, of course. We’re being much more vigilant now, just the same.

It has been some time since I have been in the stage of life where I needed a stroller but for some reason I have managed to keep all of my baby stuff for just the right person to give it to. My younger sister just told me today that they are expecting their first child and I can not wait to give them my baby gear. Although the first words out of my sister’s mouth after she told me she was having a baby is that she wanted a new instep 5k jogging stroller I will see what I can do with my old stroller.

I am studying actuarial science in college right now, and I am just starting to look into actuarial jobs I might be able to get after graduation. I was thinking that the most interesting job for me might be as an actuarial consultant, but I am worried it might be too stressful. It might be an idea to see an insurance executive recruiter. How stressful is this type of job? Is it a lot more stressful than other actuarial jobs, or are they all pretty much the same stress wise? I love the idea of working on different types of projects all the time, and working with new people since I am a bit of a people person.

My grandmother had a nightmare experience at the first home we placed her in. It was horrifying.
I never imagined I’d end up having to deal with issues of Elder Neglect in my lifetime. It’s been a terrible experience for my whole family.
Thank goodness we learned the truth before it was too late. We have her at a much better place now.
