New Bankruptcy Laws
A lot of parties in the past have abused the protection provided by bankruptcy laws. As a result, many jurisdictions have enacted laws to prevent the exploitation of loopholes or the abuse of laws protecting bankrupt parties. new bankruptcy laws in the United States, particularly the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, have led to a radically different treatment of many kinds of bankruptcy cases. These new bankruptcy laws typically make it more difficult for parties to declare chapter 7 bankruptcy if they do not meet certain requirements.
