Putten and the Benefits of Sauna Time

If you’re not familiar with Putten and the benefits of sauna time there,  Putten is a town in the Netherlands where they have a building called a beauty farm. Pictures of this getaway spot show a mixed assortment of men and women relaxing in steamroom and infrared suana buildings. These mixed steambath sessions allow people to relax take advantage of the benefits of sauna by cleansing themselves of poisons that accumulate in the body as a result of pollution. Although the steamroom and infrared suanas are mixed, I don’t know if they really intend for couples to mix it up as much as they do in the mixte saunas of Paris. I would like to find out what a weekend like that would be all about, but it’s pretty expensive, so I guess I am going to be saving for a while. . .
