Dog Scooting Is a Type of Disease
You might have seen dog scooting across floor. Scooting is a type of anal sac ailment. Parasites making irritation in the anus regions show the way to such type of behavior in dogs.On the other hand, one should not be under the notion that it is the parasite that single-handedly causes the scooting in case of dogs. There are a lot of incidents in which the dog may have the scooting with no parasite based etiological cause. For instance, the anal gland infections, tumors at the anus and injuries close to the anal regions also may show the way to these type of dragging of anus region, often by the distressed dogs.
