Spiked dog collars x 2-”A collar used for protection”

In my complex we can see lots of dogs. Some seem so energetic and want to see and know everything that’s happening and some look so lazy and tired. There was this dog of a small breed and its name was Stupid. It was a very friendly dog and would go to anyone who called it. As the dog was a delicate one I felt wearing a spiked collar would hurt him The owner told me that as it small it needed to be protected from other dogs and the wearing a Spiked Dog Collar served as an advantage incase of any fights.
